Ugotovitve… postopek: najprej pripravi mix tekočine in daj v hladilnik, meso se splača najprej zmleti (razen če skuriš blendar, kot je ratalo meni s Tajvansko robo 😛 ), z malo učinkovitosti ne rabiš dajati ledu dodatno, sploh ne pri tej količini. Sam sem delal s pol kile osnove. Muškata ne daj preveč enako popra, če nočeš imeti nek čuden občutek da je zadeva pikantna. Okus po pasji hrani bo pa izginil, če daš namesto govedine svinjino in namesto svinjine piščanca… dobiš soliden približek poli. dodajanje začimb po želji… sam sem poskusil z mleto papriko. Torej čestitke. Dobra osnova recepta. Smrt kapitalizmu, svoboda proletariatu 😛

  9. Ey, Boris. The English word you want here isn't "Blender" it's "Food Processor". Blenders are for things like fruits, vegetables, and other low power applications. You're also not meant to runt hem for long. FOr ground meats, or puree meat s like this you want a Food Processor. Think of a Food Processor like a blender that goes to the gym every evening while a blender just sits about drinking vodka.
