  1. As an addiction psychiatrist, applaud the work that Delegate Jason Miyares is doing. This is a very good step in the right direction. This will give a better data base for prescribed opiates which sometimes make it to the black market. Given that there is a suboxone (buprenorphine / naloxone) epidemic in Southwest Virginia, both Suboxone and Subutex (buprenorphine) must also be on this list.
